Input Module/Strain Gauge/1AI/1AO/1VO/isol./600HzThe SG-3016 is a voltage input to voltage or current output signal conditioning module. It has 1000 Vdc three-way isolation for input, output and power. It also can change the input/output range via internal configuration switches. The SG-3016 has an LED display to show whether the SG-3016 is functioning correctly and has three VRs (Zero, Span, Exci) to calibrate accuracy of the input/output range . The bandwidth of the SG-3016 is typically 600 Hz. It is easy to mount the SG-3016 on a standard DIN rail and operate in environments with wide temperature range.
Pull-high/Pull-low Module/RS-485The tM-SG4 is an optional module that is used to improve the communication of RS-485 network. It provides switch selectable pull-high and pull-low resistors on RS-485 network. It also has 15-step switch selectable termination resistor such that the user can select a proper termination resistor to be connected to the RS-485 network easily. If the RS-485 network is not over 100 meters, the termination resistors are not needed. Otherwise, it may be necessary to insert two termination resistors at both end of the RS-485 network. It is not easy to calculate the value of a termination resistor on the RS-485 network. The best way to do this is to use an oscilloscope to check the RS-485 signal directly. If the impedance match of RS-485 network is OK, the oscilloscope will show a very nice square wave. If these square wave signals are distorted, the user will need to insert two termination resistors at both end of the RS-485 network.
Encoder Counter/3-axis/RS-485/32bits/Battery/LEDThe I-7083 and I-7083B are 3-axis high speed encoder modules. Each axis on the module can be independently confi gured as one of Quadrant, Pulse/Dir or CW/CCW input mode with a maximum input rate of 1 MHz. The high-end specifications of the I-7083/I-7083B and complete software support make it ideal for a wide range of applications in position measurement of motion systems working in industrial and laboratory environments. The I-7083B is an improved version of I-7083 with virtual battery backup function for counter value.
Encoder Input Board for PISO-EncoderThe DN-68 is an I/O terminal board with DIN-rail mounting provides pin to pin screw terminal I/O connection of 68-pin SCSI-II connector for easy field wiring.
Stepper/Servo Module/4 axisThe I-8094 and I-9094 are 4-axis stepping/pulse-type servo motor control modules that can be used on the programmable automation controller (PAC) series provided by ICP DAS, and are suitable for general-purpose motion applications. In addition to their wide speed range, these intelligent motion controllers also have a variety of motion control functions built in, such as 2/3-axis linear interpolation, 2-axis circular interpolation, T/S-curve acceleration/ deceleration, a range of synchronous actions, automatic homing, and others. A major advantage is that the majority of the I-8094/I-9094 motion control functions are performed by the high-performance motion ASIC with little load on the processor. While driving the motors, the motion status, and the status of other I/O channels on the PAC modules, can still be monitored. As the CPU loading requirements of the I-8094/I-9094 is minimal, one or more motion modules may be used with a single PAC controller. ICP DAS also provides a wide range of functions and examples that can be used to reduce the need for additional programming, making it a highly cost-eff ective solution for motion control application developers. Features
Daughter Board/PISO-PS400/Delta ASDAThe DN-8468 series is a daughter-board that is designed for ICP DAS’s 4-axis motion controllers, such as I-8094, I-8094F, I-8094A, I-8094H and PISO-PS400. And they are for different motor drivers, such as general purpose usage, Mitsubishi and Panasonic motor amplifier. It is a not only a screw terminal board for easy connection of signals; it also provides onboard isolating circuitry to protect the controllers. Interface signals are divided into four groups. Each group corresponds to a single axis and contains the necessary pulse output command lines, encoder feedback lines, special purpose inputs (Home, near home, limit-switches) and a servo-enable output. Terminal connectors are used for easy wiring purpose. Users can interchange connectors to interchange each axial definition without laborious rewiring. This board also contains onboard power module which provides different voltages for other onboard circuitry. And this power module accepts wide range input power (20 ~ 26 VDC).
Motion Control Module/Ethernet /4AxisThe ET-M8194H is a new product from ICP DAS that can be used to implement remote control functionality via the Ethernet and includes an I-8094H module (a 4-axis stepping/pulse-type servo motor control module with an embedded CPU) and an Ethernet communication interface. The intelligent ET-M8194H can provide users with the ability to develop a wide range of remote motion control applications, and can be integrated in any system where the host platform is built on the Modbus TCP protocol (for example: PC, PAC or PLC). In addition, implementing a multi-station, multi-axis motion control solution can easily be achieved by cascading several ET-M8194H devices using Ethernet cables, either with or without Ethernet switches. ICP DAS also provides the EzMove Utility and an API Library that can be used to confi gure the ET-M8194H and to rapidly develop customized control applications.
Software
• EzMove Utility
EzMove is a configuration utility developed by ICPDAS for the ET-M8194H controller. It is intended to perform motion control tasks and movement test on equipment without the need to first create customized applications. As the EzMove Utility is a Modbus client, it can be used to create and edit Macro Programs (MP), which can then be uploaded to the ET-M8194H. The EzMove Utility can also display and plot position/velocity of all four axes as well as display Modbus TCP messages for easy reference.
• API Library
The ET-M8194H API Library is composed of nine groups of functions, which can be utilized to edit Macro Programs (MP) and send Modbus TCP commands required to control or configure the I-8094H. The library provides users with the ability to simultaneously control a large number of ET-M8194H from the PC. DLL and libraries for the following development environments are provided:
• Visual C++
• BCB 5.0, 6.0
• C#, VB.NET
• Visual Basic 6.0

• X-Y-Z Table
• Fix-Pitch Stamping Machine
• Transfer Machine• Spinner
