Daughter Board/24DI/CA-5015/isol.The DB-24P is a 24 channel isolated digital input daughter board for DIO24,DIO48,DIO144 ,PIO-D144,OPTO-22 Compatible digital input board,The optically isolated inputs of the DB-24P consist of a bi-directional opto-couple with a resistor for current sensing . You can use the DB-24P to sense DC signal from TTL levels up to 24V. You can also use DB-24P to sense a wide range of AC signals. The DB-24 P registers a constant logic high if the frequency of the input AC signal is greater or equal to 1 kHz, and if the voltage of the AC signal is at least 4Vrms. If you are using AC input signal ,you must short the AC filter Jumper. You can use the board to isolate the computer from large common-mode voltages ,ground loops, and voltage spikes that often occur in industrial environments.
Relay Board/16RO/20pinThe DB-16R 16 channel Relay Output Board consists of 16 form c relays for efficient switch of load by programmed control. It is connector and functionally compatible with 785 series board but with industrial type terminal block. The DB-16R can be used by A-82x board or any other compatible board The relay are energized by apply 5 volt signal to the appropriate relay channel on the 20-pin flat cable connector . Sixteen enunciator LEDs ,one for each relay , light when their associated relay is activated . To avoid overloading your PC’s power supply ,this board provides a screw terminal for power supply.
Daughter Board/Relay/24RO/24V/CA-3710The DB-24PR/DB-24PRD is a 24-channel power relay output board which consists of 8 Form C and 16 Form A electromechanical relays for efficient load switching. The contact rating of each relay is 5 A at 250 VAC or 5 A at 30 VDC. These relays can be switched to ON by applying a 5 V signal from an I/O Card in the PC to the appropriate relay channels. The DB-24PR/DB-24PRD daughter board contains a single 50-pin OPTO-22 compatible connector, and a single 37-pin D-sub connector or a single 20-pin flat cable connector. The 24 onboard LEDs indicate the output status of the relays, illuminating when their associated relay is activated. To avoid overloading your PC’s power supply, this board requires either a +12 VDC or a +24 VDC external power supply.
Solid State Relay Board/24DO/DC/CA-5015The DB-24SSR/DB-24SSRDC includes 24 normally open, or form A, solid-state relays The board interface to filed logic signals, eliminating ground-loop problems and isolating the host computer from damaging voltages. The user can use the DB-24SSR/DB-24SSRDC to switch high voltage load, up to 240 VAC/50 VDC and up to 4 A. The relay is energized by applying a 5-voltage signal to the appropriate relay channel on the 50-pin header or 37-pin D-sub connector. Twenty-four enunciator LEDs, one for each relay, light when their associated relay is activated. Because there is a D-sub 37-pin connector on the board, the user may use it to interface to any TTL output board. In other words, the user may use it as a general purpose solid state relay output board.
